Happy Fall Ya'll!

We went to our local pumpkin patch and found some good ones that we got to pick right off the vine! Tyler searched and searched until he found just the right one....

Mimi B has never been to a pumpkin patch so she enjoyed her first time on a farm doing all the "farm stuff" like a hayride, seeing animals, picking a pumpkin.....it was fun!

Poetry...

Tyler's first grade class wrote this little diddy...

The Ick kids are icky
They found some goo, it was sticky
Each one took a lick
And then they got sick
Next time they should be more picky

Baseball and more baseball!

Tyler's fall season is almost over. He just gets better and better every game. He really is learning how to play and is loving every minute of it. He has really come into his own. Of course his favorite part is hitting and he is a slugger! He has cleared the bases on more than one occasion helping us win the game!

Special Visitor

We have had a special visitor this past week all the way from Boston, MA. Tyler's Mimi B! She is enjoying watching Tyler play baseball and spending time with him while he is on his fall break from school.

Thanks for hanging out with us Mimi B!

Happy Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary Charlie! I can't believe 15 years ago today we started out on this journey. It has been a journey of ups and downs but we have stuck together through it ALL! I love you and am proud to say you are my husband! We have both grown so much, especially over the last few years and it feels so good to be where we are today. It took all of those bumps and bruises, good times and sad times to be the people we are today. I thank the Lord for it all! He is the center of our marriage and family and will bless us beyond measure. Thank you for your love and I am looking forward to the next 15+ years with you.
